The Child Abandonment Advocacy Campaign

This campaign is a pilot initiative to strengthen leadership and spark action on child welfare. It focuses on investigating the root causes of child abandonment in disadvantaged communities using mixed-method research. Insights will inform a practical intervention to support family reunification, in collaboration with key agencies. To scale impact, we aim to attract impact investors and corporate partners to adopt child protection as part of their social responsibility efforts.

The GoFuture Child Trust

The GoFuture Child Trust is a dedicated initiative focused on long-term solutions for vulnerable children. It seeks to build a fund that supports abandoned, at-risk, or
underserved children through targeted programs in education, health, shelter, and social integration. By collaborating with local authorities, nonprofits, and the private sector, the Trust ensures that every child has a fair chance at life, protection, and purpose.

 

Safeguarding policy

GoFuture follows a safeguarding policy to prevent harm and abuse, ensuring that employees, volunteers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders do not intentionally or unintentionally harm children or vulnerable adults. As a member of the Child Protection Network in Nigeria we align interventions with a global approach of safeguarding.

It's was in a community called eppelema where we went to distribute food packs (Palliatives). They Joy on the faces of the aged adults, women and children was amazing some of them danced and sang songs while others were praying and blessing God on our behalf.
